just had one of the best collaboration sessions of my life with one of my favorite artists yvan genest here in puerta vallarta Mexico.. this trip is getting better and better.. i was happy enough when i got to meet yvan earlier this week, i’ve admired his work for the past 3 years so it was a a real treat to meet him and see him work here. when we met we connected like friends immediately and started talking about doing some work together.. well it didnt take long 3 days later we spent a long night painting together.. layer over layer attacking a handful of canvas’s simultaneously.. the energy and outcomes were really magical.. here are a few shots from the session.. more images to come of the finished work and more to come.. planning some more paintings sessions for next week as well as a probable trip to Montreal next October for a future collaboration project!
