Gallery @ the Jupiter is proud to present “Bubble Gum Geometry,” an abstract art collection by local artist Jesse Reno (official), from December 2, 2016, to November 31, 2017.

The First Friday – Portland’s Eastside Artwalk artist opening reception will be held on Friday, December 2nd, from 6 to 8 p.m.

“Bubble Gum Geometry happened, it was not conceptualized. It is a progression and extension of my ongoing experimentation with the process of abstraction and expressionism… a place where I act and react to my process, guided by mark, shape, and color interactions, and feelings more than form. The outcome is unknown and non directed. The directives are fueled by feelings rather than clear ideas or imagery.”

The Jupiter Hotel has been an incubator for small businesses and a supporter of the arts. The First Friday event is an opportunity to treat attendees to a variety of sensory stimulation and support the local artisans that make Portland a unique and wonderful place to live.
