Full amount due by June 15th, unless other agreements are made. I will send out an email reminder before this date. For final payment I prefer check or cash or money payment as to avoid Paypal fees. Also if you have a Paypal account you can send payment via Friends and family and no fees will be applied.

For lodging I recommend using Air B&B My past students who have stayed in several of these very close to the studio and have had amazing experiences and the walking location of the area where the studio is located is perfect. There are some hotels near by and our bus system runs smoothly and easily. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and I can direct you via location. The zip code at the studio is 97214.
At the studio there is a fridge, toaster oven, and tea kettle. Just two blocks away is a Whole foods and many many restaurants. I will supply a list of my favorites, Anything you could want is very close by.
I suggest wearing clothes you don't mind getting paint on and comfortable shoes as the studio floor is cerement. I do have pads and rugs to counteract that. We will be painting on tables and easels. I have variety of table heights and chairs/stools. If you have special needs please let me know ahead of time and I will accommodate you the best I can. My studio has great light and is my favorite most comfortable place to teach!
